Place A Prayer aims to provide a respectful and meaningful service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally available before prayer placement. If you contact us before your prayer has been placed at the Western Wall, we will issue a refund.
After Placement
Once a prayer has been placed, refunds are not guaranteed, as the service has already been fulfilled.
However, if an issue occurs near the time of placement or in exceptional circumstances, we will review refund requests fairly and reasonably. We aim to act in good faith and are not unreasonable in handling genuine concerns.
